返回's'的子字符串，从开始包含开始，到结尾结束（默认为字符串的长度），不包括。

语法 (Syntax)

(subs s start end)

Parameters - 'S'是输入字符串。 'Start'是从哪里开始子串的索引位置。 'End'是结束子字符串的索引位置。

Return Value - 子字符串。
